1. What we collect

• Account details: your name (if given), email address and a hashed password.
• Purchase records: which subjects and plan you bought, amounts, payment status, and for UPI payments the transaction reference you submit.
• Basic technical data such as your session, browser and IP address, used to keep the site secure and working.

We never see or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details. Card and gateway payments are handled by Razorpay.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and grant the access you paid for.
• To process and verify payments and respond to support requests.
• To secure the service and prevent misuse or account sharing.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers that run the site: Razorpay (payments), our hosting and database providers, and email or support tools if used. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising. Third-party services such as the payment gateway may set their own cookies during checkout.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep account and purchase records while your account exists and as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask to view, correct or delete your data by writing to support@prepvaultplus.com.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed and traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
